Standard Return Window
In accordance with our product details, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in the same perfect condition that you received them, with all original packaging included.
Non-Returnable & Custom Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and the personalized nature of our production, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. For other eligible items (such as standard necklaces and bracelets), strict conditions apply:
– Pierced earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are strict FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances (unless they arrive damaged or defective upon delivery).
– Custom-made or personalized items: Any custom bracelets, necklaces, or altered handmade items crafted exclusively for you are not eligible for returns or exchanges except in the case of verified quality defects.
– Standard Necklaces & Bracelets: Non-custom necklaces and bracelets are eligible for a 14-day return, provided they are completely unworn, unaltered, free of scratches/perfume smells, and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return international shipping costs.
– Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance items are completely non-returnable.
Handmade Variations (Important Notice)
Please note that our jewelry is crafted using natural materials (such as natural gemstones, pearls, and glass beads). Due to the authentic nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, size, shape, and minor natural imperfections may occur. These are the unique characteristics of genuine handmade art and are not considered product defects or eligible grounds for damaged-item returns.
Return Shipping Costs
– For returns due to personal preference (e.g., changing your mind, or disliking the style), the buyer is responsible for paying all return international shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
– If an eligible item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (excluding natural handmade variations), please contact us immediately with photos at hello@lumibeadedjewelry.com. We will cover the return shipping costs or issue a free replacement.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact our support team at hello@lumibeadedjewelry.com with your Order Number and the clear reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide the correct return shipping address and instructions within 48 hours.
Step 3: Pack the items securely and mail them back to us using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee refunds for lost untracked packages.
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned package to ensure it is unworn and in its original packaging, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied back to your original payment method (Credit Card / PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
